If for any reason you are not satisfied, we aim to work with you to resolve your problem by amending your orthotic custom insoles on free of charge within 3 months of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customised products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, as per your request.
